Running more than one location? Each location runs on its own plan, sized to that location, so a 200-member flagship and a 30-member satellite never pay the same. Tell us which ones to group and we link them for you: one login, switch between locations, and every location except your largest gets 20% off its own plan. Each location keeps its own subscription, so grouping changes the price, not the number of charges. No per-location management fee.

Is the free plan actually free, or is it a trial?
It is actually free. No card, no expiry, no feature starvation. You get a real working facility on the Starter plan. We only earn when you outgrow it and choose to move up.
What is a "member limit"?
It is the number of active members your plan supports. When you get close, we tell you early so you can decide to upgrade or archive older members. We never freeze a live facility on you.
Do you take a percentage of my revenue?
No. We do not touch your member payments. Paystack charges its standard fee (passed through at cost). That is the only percentage involved, and it goes to Paystack, not us.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, up or down. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next billing date.
What is the annual discount?
Paying annually saves you roughly 10% versus paying month to month. The exact annual figure is shown on each plan above.
