    No multi-year lock-in. A defined notice period lets either side walk if the partnership stops serving the facility.

    Tell us about the facility: type, location, current state, what you’re hoping for. A two-minute form. No contract attached.

    Visit & assess

    We tour the facility (or the plans, for new builds), run the numbers with you, and understand what a good outcome looks like from your seat.

  3. 03

    Tailor the terms

    Every partnership is different. We draft a term sheet covering who does what, branding, revenue split, staff, notice period, and KPIs. You redline it until it fits.

  4. 04

    We move in

    Our team deploys, software goes live, programs launch, marketing flips on. Typically four to eight weeks from signed terms to first booking under the partnership.

A swim academy’s numbers are not a gym’s numbers, and a new build is not a turnaround. On the call we’ll show you the actual structure we use for facilities like yours: what we invest, what stays with you, how the revenue split is calibrated, and at what point each side starts to benefit.

If the numbers don’t work for you, we’ll say so early. If they don’t work for us, we’ll say that too. No one signs anything that doesn’t clearly beat running it on your own.

  • Do I pay you to operate my facility?

    Usually no. The standard structure is a defined revenue share: we earn from the facility’s revenue and from the academy programs we run there. We’ll be explicit on the numbers before you sign anything.

  • Do I have to use the Egen Active brand?

    No. Keep your name, co-brand with Egen Active to signal the network and programs, or white-label entirely. We’ll recommend what actually helps your market, not what pushes our logo.

  • What happens to my current staff?

    Depends on the partnership. Sometimes we integrate your team and train them on the operating system. Sometimes we bring in a specialised team. It’s negotiated per facility and handled with care. Nobody gets blindsided.

  • Are my members still mine?

    Yes. Members who joined through you remain on your side of the ledger. Members who arrive through the Egen Active network or our programs come into the same facility. Everyone benefits from the mixed population.

  • What if the partnership isn’t working?

    A defined notice period is written into every term sheet — typically 90 days — so either side can exit cleanly. You keep your facility, your members, and your data. No hostage scenarios.

  • Can you just run academy programs without managing the facility?

    Yes. That’s a lighter partnership we also offer: you stay in charge of operations, and we bring our instructors, programs, and members onto your schedule. Tell us on the form if that’s the shape you want.

  • How fast can you move in?

    Typical timeline is four to eight weeks from signed terms. Faster if the facility is already operational; slightly longer for new builds or turnarounds.

  • How many facilities are already in this kind of partnership?

    We can walk you through current partners on the call and, where the other side has agreed, put you in touch for an honest reference conversation.
