This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. Plain English; no dark patterns.

What we collect

• Facility details you submit when claiming (name, type, location, contacts).
• Member records you upload or create, to power your dashboard.
• Operational events (bookings, check-ins, payments) needed to run the product.
• Diagnostic data (error reports, request metadata) to keep the platform stable.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data. To anyone.
• We don’t share your member list with other facilities or advertisers.
• We don’t require social logins; email is enough.

Your rights

Export everything as CSV any time. Delete your account and we delete your data within 30 days, retaining only what law requires. Email privacy@egenactive.com for anything privacy-related.
