Welcome to Egen Active Facility. These terms describe the relationship between Egen Active (operated by Elitesgen Ltd) and facilities that use the Egen Active Facility platform to run their operations.

1. Who we are

Egen Active is a product of Elitesgen Ltd, a Nigerian company, serving facility partners across Nigeria and the wider region.

2. Your facility, your data

Your member data, bookings, and financial records remain yours at all times. We provide the tooling, hosting, and payment rails; you own the relationships and the data.

3. Free tier limits

The free tier covers up to 50 active members (unique members transacted with in the last 90 days) at a single location. Growth and Network plans lift these limits.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to represent your facility accurately on the network, not to misuse member data, and to comply with applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of this policy.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. We’ll hand back your data as CSV exports. No exit fees, no data-hostage situations.
